My name is Nancy Cornett. I am a graduate student for Home Watch Academy by Diane Pisani. As a Home Watch Reporter, we cater for seasonal residents. We check the outside and inside of your homes. We check for visible signs, for example your AC is running properly, or no branches or twigs impeding it. We report to our clients for visible or unusual changes. We turn on the main water line, slowly & gingerly. Inside, we check for the temperature & humidity of the house. Check under sinks, check toilets, refrigerator, dishwasher, we check them all. Check them, from visible signs of leaks and discolorations.
